We rent a luxury holiday apartment with a breathtaking sea view.
The house is located between Castellamare and Palermo in Alcamo Marina, a 12-minute walk from the beach and is called “Villa Marinjo”. The beach is the longest sandy beach in all of Sicily. You can book the house via booking.com or airbnb.

The terrace area is over 100sqm and contains a seating area, a barbecue area and a large table for eating

Bedroom 1
The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is decorated in an old Sicilian style and has direct access to the terrace.
Children's bedroom
The children’s room consists of two single beds and a wardrobe.
Living room
The living room includes a dining area, a seating area, a fireplace and a Smart TV.
From here you also have a fantastic sea view.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
The “Villa Marinjo” is an old Sicilian property that was built in the 70s and was completely renovated a year ago. During the renovation, an attempt was made to combine modern architecture with the old elements of the villa. This is reflected equally in the outdoor area and the interior rooms.
The property with olive trees and pines covers 5000m2 and is fully available to the tenants.
Location: Villa Marinjo is located in the middle of an olive grove surrounded by old pine trees and many Mediterranean plants in Alcamo Marina. Alcamo Marina is a 35-minute drive from Palermo airport and a 40-minute drive from Trapani airport.
The nearest town, Alcamo, is about a 10-minute drive away and Castellamare del Golfo is about 15 minutes away.
The house for rent is a semi-detached house. The other half is sporadically inhabited by the owners and landlords. The apartment can be rented weekly all year round.
The tenants will find everything they need to live there. Bedding and towels are also available. The holiday apartment can comfortably accommodate 4-6 people.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating.
Beach
The beach can be easily reached on foot in 12 minutes.
It is the longest sandy beach in Sicily, stretching from Castellamare to Punta Raisi.
